Tracks on GPS and mobility

Starting summer 2010 we open the first mountain biking tracks map on GPS in the Transylvanian hills and mountains (Romania) with starting and arrival point next to Dracula's Castle. Beside this, we offer you the biggest mobility in terms of starting /arrival points. A special bicycle trailer attached to a 16 seats mini bus gives you transfer to the best tracks to be done in the area (70 km radius from our base camp).

Routes

We offer you over 1370 km of tracks (less then 2% asphalt) split in 4 levels of difficulty (length and altitude difference). Incredible views and unspoiled spots right under the Carpathians. We designed the routes to cross Transylvanian traditional ways of life (high altitude sheepfolds, mountain farms etc) and unique backcountry. You can find everything, from mild sunny tracks winding on the top of the hills to hard core pathways on the high mountains (2500m), from endurance uphill forest stone roads to 13 km downhill. Renting MTBs (middle level) is also possible. Free MTB's availability should be checked in advance. You can either ask for the off road GPS we offer in the room price (containing 300 km tracks) or benefit of FREE GUIDING (for groups of at least 8 people).
